The standard configuration provides a 1-inch depth of field. An optional configuration featuring a 4-inch depth of field expands the possible applications to include sorting and returns processing of CDs, VHS tapes, and audiocassettes.
The AV1220 provides the exceptional bar code read rate performance that you expect from an Accu-Sort product. Using Accu-Sort's APC100 Decoder, the AV1220 decodes all the standard linear bar codes and two-dimensional symbols commonly used in high-speed material handling applications. The Decoder includes easy-to-use Accu-Setup software and Ethernet interface which simplify set up and facilitate connectivity to a local area network for remote diagnostics.
Gray scale images provided by the AV1220 are of superior quality and are excellent input for OCR and video coding peripherals. The AV1220 can be configured to provide multiple image data output ports and binary image data in addition to gray scale data if required by your application.
The AV1220 incorporates enhanced self-diagnostics that run automatically upon start up and facilitate field diagnosis of problems to help reduce down time.
