Accu-Sort introduces a new low-cost, lightweight CCD camera that provides unsurpassed read rates. The innovative design of the new model AV3700 reflects the progressive thinking that you have come to expect from Accu-Sort.

The modular design concept has resulted in a highly flexible, reliable and economic "system approach" to your auto identification needs. The AV3700 provides high-speed automatic focusing over a full 36-inch depth of field, and wide belt coverage. The small, lightweight assembly weighs in at a mere 35 lbs. (16kg), allowing a single technician to easily mount or service the unit.

Accu-Sort offers a variety of illumination options to accompany the AV3700. Sodium lamps, stand-alone high intensity LED and coplanar LED illumination offer options to accommodate the requirements of your application.

The AV3700 reads all of the popular linear bar codes and 2D symbols. High scan rates, up to 19,000 scans per second, combine with optimized bar code location and decode software to ensure the best possible read rate performance, particularly on demand or low aspect ratio codes.

The new AV3700 makes high speed CCD tunnels an affordable reality. Parcel position profiling software makes a six-sided read possible using only five cameras. Optional high resolution optics will make your AV3700 "OCR-ready," enabling you to include videocoding and OCR in your future auto ID plans.
