 CasVIEW Lite™, the Access Control Option for the VIEW™ suite allows ADS, Inc. clients increased security from outside the workplace, and the system can offer controls on movement of personnel within the workplace. Managers and supervisors will also be allowed the ability to effectively monitor and audit employee activity in areas of restricted access. Prior to the installation and utilization of the Access Control Option, Acumen Data Systems, Inc. can help plan the firm's requirements for limited , temporary, and controlled access areas throughout the business premises. CasVIEW Lite™ consists of software, access controllers and door readers, when properly installed, numbered, titled, and configured your firm is ready to control and monitor access. Employee ID numbers, badges, names, and access profiles can be entered and maintained through CasVIEW Lite™ or ClockVIEW™. A designated Systems Administrator will configure the Security feature of ClockVIEW™ to carefully limit the personnel allowed to edit the various levels of employee access within CasVIEW Lite™. CasVIEW Lite™ has several applications in the Acumen Lite family which use the same common database and allows you to access the same employee information from the other applications. ClockVIEW Lite™ adds time and attendance for tracking time for employees and calculating payroll. LaborVIEW Lite™ adds the functionality of time and attendance and tracking labor. Labor tracking can be done with fixed based or hand held devices to track labor. JobVIEW Lite™ a job tracking system for small businesses. Tracks work orders and has various reports that for tracking time spent on jobs. InVIEW Lite™ adds the functionality of inventory tracking. ShiftVIEW Lite™ scheduling application brings schedules to ClockVIEW Lite™ / LaborVIEW™ / CasVIEW Lite™. |
