eCardVIEW™ is a web based silhouette of ClockVIEW™ used by supervisors and employees with limited rights within the time
and attendance / labor management system. Supervisors from eCardVIEW™
Internet Time and Attendance software can edit time cards and run
reports. They will be able to see all punches made by employees, add
excused pay and view other information like raw punches that came
over from the time clocks. Supervisors are assigned to employees and
when logged in to the time clock software view only the people that
they are responsible for. eCardVIEW™ Internet Time and Attendance is
"rules based" and the administrator manages the users definable rules
tables via ClockVIEW™.
Time and Attendance rules for grace periods, rounding, and overtime
plus benefit accruals are all user definable within the ClockVIEW™
time and attendance software application. Once done, HR or Payroll
personnel can then use ClockVIEW™ to integrate to any payroll software
with fast, accurate data. Acumen's web based time and attendance software
integrates to any payroll software and ERP software via the PayVIEW™
and PutDATA™ software products.
eCardVIEW™ uses IIS (Microsoft Internet Information Server) to allow
you to access your internet time and attendance software through a
web browser. One of the big advantages to internet based software
is not having to install extra software on numerous Client PCs. eCardVIEW™
is used through an Internet browser and has a secure log in to keep
non essential personnel out. eCardVIEW™, if left unattended for a short
period of time, will time out and ask to log in again for more security.
eCardVIEW™ compared to having a client application also helps manage
updates easier by only having to update the server than having to
update a number of PCs each time an update is available. Internet
based applications are becoming more popular for these reasons.
Reporting is available on various elements of data collected and is
designed to output in multiple formats including the popular Adobe
PDF format. For power users who wish to elaborate upon the already
robust Labor Management reporting or create new, InfoVIEW™ is an ad-hoc report writer that is designed for rapid professional
reporting of any data within an Acumen product. With the ClockVIEW™ time clock software you can generate all types of payroll reports
such as Time Card reports, Pay Period End, Raw Time Report (actual
time clock punches), Exception Report (Late, Early, Missing Punch,
Absent), and various other reports to make your payroll activities
much easier and faster, thus making it more cost effective. Having
an Internet Time and Attendance software application also can help
