Bronze Support ServicesAll of Acumen's customers receive Bronze-level support services. Clients at this level pay for support time and materials on a "per incidence" basis. Silver Support ServicesAcumen Silver-level support includes a limited number of support calls during normal business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, EST) and quarterly training seminars.
Gold Support ServicesGold-level support services ensures 24/7/365 support and a greater number of support calls that are covered in the plan. Platinum Support ServicesPlatinum support is a special level of support that can be customized for a customer's specific needs, such as unlimited support calls. |
