Employee Time & Attendance System Maintenance Services

Bronze Support Services

All Acumen customers receive the Bronze level of maintenance and support, which provides per diem support.

Each call into Acumen’s Call Center will be required to purchase a 3-hour block of time at $495.00. Once 3 hours is exceeded, additional hours will be billed at an hourly rate of $165.00.

Engineering labor is not included in the 3-hour support block. Engineering time will be estimated and a proposal will be submitted if requested.

Support over holidays is not included in the Bronze level of support.

Support Type

Per Diem (Per Call) During Normal Business Hours Only

Support Hours

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Response Time

  • Call-back within 60 minutes
  • Work is scheduled based on current case-load and technician availability
  • All higher support levels have precedence

Support Services

  • Per case cost: $495 per call (3 hour block)
  • No after-hours or holiday support

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Day After Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve (Half Day: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
  • Christmas Day
